D DUB CUSTOM SPORTSWEAR allows you to return apparel ordered in our online store within 14 days after the purchase date. All products must be unused and in new condition with all tags still attached. Once a product has been worn while exercising, no refunds are permitted. The customer is responsible for shipping and handling costs.
D DUB CUSTOM SPORTSWEAR allows you to exchange any apparel ordered through our online store within 14 days after the purchase date. All products must be unused and in new condition with all tags still attached. Once a product has been worn during exercise, there are no exchanges permitted.
If the product you purchased was ordered in the wrong size, please return it to us in unused and new condition and we will gladly exchange it for the correct size. Please note: The customer is responsible for return shipping and handling.
If there was an error on our part in your order, D DUB CUSTOM SPORTSWEAR will ship or exchange the correct item(s) free of charge.
*Please note: All return/exchanges must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#). No return/exchanges will be accepted without a RA#. Please send the complete Return Authorization/Exchange Form along with your returned garments.
At D DUB CUSTOM SPORTSWEAR our goal is to make you a satisfied customer. However, we cannot guarantee that your apparel is going to last forever! We stand behind our products 100%. If for some reason, you are not satisfied, please contact us directly. We will make every effort to reach a satisfactory resolution to your claim.
If apparel returned to D DUB CUSTOM SPORTSWEAR is found to be defective it will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
Full Custom and Semi-Custom Orders: Due to the nature of Custom clothing, customized apparel cannot be returned for refund due to the specialized nature of the products.
